In february I miscarried right after
realizing I missed my period. I'm
about five weeks this time and I have not
had any bleeding or spotting like my
previous one but i've lost the nausea,
tender breasts and I have had some
abdominal cramps off and on. Is it
possible I miscarried and it just takes a
while to pass the tissue/embryo?
Please offer advice if you can.

You have to visit your doctor to assess
your pregnancy and make sure that the size
of gestational sac & faetal echoes
corresponds to the date. May be you need
some hormonal support.
