I am 30+ and I have married on feb 2005. Since last three months I am trying to concieve but no results. I have a regular menstrual period (28 days). I am really worried. Please help me out because I am not young so I can wait for another year or so.

We tried making love after the 10th day of my period to 18th to 20th day but -----

my husband is also healthy, he has sinus problem, gastritis and he had hypothyroidism last year ( now ok). Even I have no such problems.

We are really very desperate.

Dont start to worry about it. It will only make it worse. The doctors say to wait until after a year of trying before being to worry

Hello.
I just wanted to tell you not to worry. I too am in the same boat as you are but I am 3 years older than you. Me and my hubby have been trying since last october we finally got pregnant but I miscarried at 6 weeks and that was 1 month ago. One thing that did help us was the ovulation predictor kit. Each month I always had some clues of when I was ovulating (cervical mucus) and the ovulation kit would always confirm it. You can purchase them at any drug store or wal mart. You just urinate on the stick and the lines will let you know if you are ovulating. My dr because of my age tested both me and hubby for various things. I even had an hsg to see if my tubes were blocked. At our age it is better to catch these things than to let months and years pass without ruling these things out. Hang in there and relax it will happen when you least expect it. Please let me know if you have any thing you would like to ask me.
God bless.

i had this problem also...Try and prop your hips up on a pillow after he pulls out...Keeps it from coming out...It took us almost 6 months to get pregnant...But now...We are expecting...I would try the pillow thing...It worked for us! :)

You could try the temping. That is you get a thermometer, preferably a basal therm, but I think a regular digital will work. Start the first day of your period, and take you temp every morning before you even get out of bed. When you temp goes up you are ovulating. Sex time. If you have a 28 day cycle, cycle day one is the first day of you period, so you are probably fertile on cycle days 10-14. The pillow thing is a good idea, and if he take top, it works better, that way the sperm gets to the cervix easier.

Am I Facing Any Problem?
Posted: 07-05-05 01:11am

Hi,

see I have another problem, I get pain in breasts and slight abdominal pain now and then before 2 weeks from the date of my periods. But as far as my knowledge the fertile period starts between 10 - 15 days after the peroid. But at this stage I will be prepared for my next cycle. Once I get these symptoms I will be very depressed and I lose confidence of getting pregnant. Please let me know that even if I have these symptoms can I concieve or am I facing any problems.

I'd say don't start to worry yet. I know a woman who was on her 7th month of trying and she was beginning to worry so she went to get tested and before she could even get the results she found out she was pregnant. So u just have to wait for ur time. It will come. Good luck hun.

Hi

i apply mehandi (henna) to my hairs. My mom asks me not to do because it removes all the heat from the body and hence we will have periods and cannot concieve. One of the parlour owner also told me the same thing applying mehandi can bring early periods. Is it true, I use mehandi to cover the grey hairs. My hairs are sensitive and I cannot use hair colours that contains chemicals. So I have gone for this natural hair dye.

Please let me know does this mehandi really causes this disaster
