Nightmares Resulting In Night Seizure & Loss of Concious Posted: 06-28-05 12:00pm
My boyfriend has had terrible nightmares
for years, due to past trauma. Recently
one of his worse nightmares turned into a
type of seizure. Afterwards, he passed
out and was unconcious for 5 to 10
minutes. When he awoke, he didn't know
where he was, had no memory of the day,
and had difficulty walking and speaking.
Now (a day and a half later) he has pretty
much returned to normal except his
reflexes are slow and he has difficulty
seeing (he used to have 20-10 vision, now
he has difficulty with depth perception
and reading). I was wondering if anyone
had experienced anything like this before,
or knew what it was. Anything you can
tell me would help.
