Haven't Got My Period Yet!!
Posted: 06-29-05 17:45pm

Hi everyone...I gave birth to a baby in early april..I delivered naturally.

I am not complaining at all, but my menstrual cycle still has not returned, and it has almost been 3 months. Again, I am not complaining in the least, but wondering...Hummm could I be pregnant again?

Has long does a cycle take to get back to normal after giving birth?? My doctor told me 6 weeks..And I am definatley past the six week mark...

Thankx!! -sam**

That is beyond the norm. With my wife it started up about 6 weeks after our first and 8 weeks after the second. My sister didn't start back up and after 10 weeks she tested + . Hence 8 months later comes a new neice......

Well everyone..I got my period on sunday...Oh well...I wasn't trying to get pregnant..Obviously- my baby being only 12 weeks and all...
My docotr told me that some women don't get their periods for the entire time they breast feed...Even if they do it for 12 months....

I stopped breast feeding last week...So I guess it has started up again...

Anyways..My husband and I are going to start trying again by christmas.......My baby will be 9 months old by then, and if it happens right away..Next august or september I will have another beautiful bundle.Only thing though..I will have to go through I terribly hot maritime summer.

My little sis is due anyday. We all think she is having a little girl. Her irst was a boy, and mine was a boy..So it would be lovely to have a baby girl around. I have so much pink, as I thought I was having a girl..Anyways...

I am so in love with my baby boy..I just look at his gorgeous little face and I melt. He is truly the love of my life. I never realized that I could love a tiny little human being this much. It is so amazing. I would die for him in an instant.

He has got the most sweetest smile, one that could light up a room. And his personality..Is cute as anything....Oooh..I could go on forever.........

Thankx for listen'in every one!!

Try For a Girl

Hey sammy! Now, I don't know how valid this is, but I had read that the chances for a boy go up if the man ejaculates with his penis head just inside the vagina. The research is that the male gene carrying sperm can swim faster/harder and it has a better chance of reaching the egg. This is what was shown when sperm was "washed" before artificial insemination. So, in order to have the female sperm get even odds, it was figured that the man should ejaculate as deep in the vagina as far as possible to the opening of the cervix.
Well anyway, I sure you'll have fun trying :)
