Order of Eruption of Teeth Posted: 11-17-03 00:56am
I have not been able to find anything on
this and I feel silly asking, but-do
children get six year molars? My
daughter was very puny today and ran a
slight temp. Along with a runny nose. I
figured it was allergies and possibly
getting sick. Then at bedtime she had
her finger in her mouth and said she felt
like there was a tooth coming in. I felt
and sure enough, it has not broken skin
but it sure feels like its gonna. I
cannot find anything on teeth......
Thank a bunch-teri

Your daughter will get her first permanent
lower incisor tooth at around 6 to 7 years
of age and upper around 7 to 8 years of
age.
Other teeth will appear steadily over a
period of 10 years from 8 years onwards
