My girlfriend and I had sex for the first time on november 22, 2003 she had the baby fullterm on july 17 2004 can this be my baby

its born less than 9 months would this not make it premature

It could be.... It wouldn't be premature.. Premature means about 7 months. It would be on the expected due date.. So it is possible that the baby is yours.
