Anybody know of anything (preferrably
herbal) that helps water retention?
I retain water like crazy and would be
interested in anything anybody has to
offer...And also - anybody else suffer
from this???

Unfortunately you are not from singapore.
Otherwise I can supply you the address of
a chinese medical store that dispense
herbal concotion which is very effective
for reducing water retention problem. Do
not be mistaken because I have nointerest
in this stor only that the physicist cured
my father-in-law's water retention

You might try oil of oregano (origanum
vulgare) in the capsule form. You can
buy it at any herbal supplement or natural
foods store such as gnc.
It doesn't work for all people, but I have
had great success with it.
