Heart Beats Faster Than Usual! Posted: 07-01-05 00:47am
I just noticed that my heart has been
repeatedly beating faster and faster
everytime I feel it, but the only time I
feel my heart is when I am scared or
having a panic attack. It feels like it
starts out slow and then continues to
rapidly beat faster and faster. Do you
think that maybe it's because of my
anxiety?

Most likely yes, but ask doc to check you
in general anxiety sufferers should ignore
their hearts, just let your heart do
whatever it wants to do
deep slow breathing should help
