Yes, exercise definitely makes much more
sense. Besides safeguarding and improving
your ability to function well, exercising
even helps fight against visible signs of
aging, like wrinkles and varicose veins.

skin. Regular exercise provides wrinkle
control by naturally moisturizing the skin
