Dhea is not a vitamin it's
dehydroepiandrosterone which is a hormone
precursor product winding up delivering
testosterone after its metabolically
converted in the body
it's how they get around the restriction
for selling anabolic steroids
if you want to try testosterone you can
get a prescription for it, it'd be a known
amount
hormones are tricky things, linked with
promoting certain cancers, but it's a
quality of life issue that's in play
yes testosterone can increase libido in
women, it can also cause masculinization
side effects, lowered voice, facial hair,
etc., so dosing is very important
quality of life is important, just be
not-bold when experimenting with hormone
therapies

They use 1-2% testosterone ointment on
genitals for 6 weeks then 0.5 mg/day of
estratest by mouth...But long term studies
are not available as to the effect of test
over the long term...Acne, irritability,
hirsutism (maleness)....Some women rave
over the effects, you may want to ask
about this, the ointment is pharmacist
compounded as its not avail commercially
