Deppression Plz Help What Can I Do! Posted: 07-03-05 16:19pm
I feel depressed and I dont no how to stop
feeling this way! I think iv always felt
depressed scince I started to get bulied I
ate for confort, then I got bullied for
being fat, I stoped eating and smoked
insted and still got bullied for being
fat, I self-harmed but no1 knew then I
told sum1 cuz I thourght it wud help but
it was the wrong person n she told ever1!
So I got bullied for being an attention
seeker and a lyer!
Its kinda chilled down abit 4 the mo
but I know what ppl think of me n over
hear even my closed friends say that im an
attention seeker!
I feel really depressed and duno what to
do I dont wanna show that I am coz I dont
wanna get bullied even more! So im eating
agan for support and cant stop I need to
find a way to get rid of a problem so they
dont buled up plz help!

i think we have discussed this before.
Your self-harming is due to depression for
which you can be treated. But it is no
good to talk to friends about this because
they would not be able to understand
this.

Amie,
there is absolutely nothing wrong with
eating. However there is somthing wrong
with eating improperly. Try to keep your
eating to 3 full meals per day instead of
snacking throughout the day. I found out
the reason I was slightly depressed is
because I wasnt eating properly, I also
definately suggest a good multi-vitimis.
Its helped me a bunch. Nothing wrong with
a little bit of excersize either :wink:
as for the bullies, stay stong for the
moment and they will get whats coming to
them. "be nice to people on the way up,
cause you will meet them again on the way
down"

If your friends aren't being trustworthy
than dont speak to them but I do think you
should talk to someone if you feel you
cant talk to your parents than talk to a
teacher there are many diff ways of
treating depression for example some
doctors believe that no-one actually knows
what the exact chemical balance there is
supposed to be in the brain and will
suggest just councelling others may and
put you on medication. But please every
morning when you wake up think about all
the beautiful things about yourself.

i cant eat 3 meals aday wid out feelin
horilbly discusted wid my self I duno y!
I dont snack really I either eat 2 smal
things a day or a meal aday or sumthing n
I go 2 the gym when ever I can n hav
enough energy! But now its da holidays my
eatin habbits r everywhere I go a cupple
of days wid out eatin n then a day or 2
tryin 2 eat 3 meals aday but coz I feel
like iv eatin 2 much I wont eat the
followin day!

and I will think about things I like
every morning it may help me get thro the
day better!
