I Have No Period And Some Pain On My Groin Area

Help me! I've had 2-3 month cycle starting last year when I moved to a new country. At first, I though it was normal since I had changed of environment. But now, i'm pretty worried about the whole things after reading about pcos or ovarian cysts.

I'm also starting to feel pain from my right groin area to my right kneecap. I don't have money to get a checkup to my doctor since I cannot speak the language of the natives here and natives cannot speak english either.

I'll give full details of myself:

i'm 23 years old
i'm generally slim, but I have gained 4 kilos for the past year
i'm single and i'm not sexually active. :?
I used to be very athletic growing up or until last year when I became so busy that I don't have time to exercise regularly. But once or twice a week I go to the gym to exercise.
Maybe i'm stressed by the people around me as the pain increase each time I think about them
i have the tendency to vomit after eating esp vegetables like brocoli and cabbage, and drinking fruit juice
sometimes I find it painful to urinate
my feces have became abnormally dark.
I'm emotionally depressed and unhappy with my life, but I stay here for work.

Pls. Give me medical advice asap.
