Hello...

I have a spot in the middle of my upper lip that seems to just peel and lose skin often, so much that there is a little curve where skin has deteriorated. I was wondering, is there any medicine that can permanently heal skin on the lips, esp. Dry skin, and not just some temporary stuff like blistex, neosporin, etc?
