3 Hour Diet Posted: 07-04-05 20:52pm
I'm reading a book my a guy named jorge
cruise (he also is a fitness guru who
wrote a book about '8 minutes in the
morning' fitness). The diet plan sounds
pretty sensible, all about eating many
small balanced meals & snacks
throughout the day. He claims thousands
of people have successfully lost weight
& kept it off.
Has anyone out there tried this diet &
what were the results?

I am currently on the diet. It works
great, you eat five small meals through
out the day and you cannot eat after 6 pm.
Also anything you drink after 6pm has to
be water. I have lot a total of 36
pounds so far and am going for more!!!!

What kinds of food can you eat? I went to
the official site, but you have to sign up
to view all the meal plans. Does the book
cover this? I'd rather buy a book than
sign up for a membership on the web.

The book does cover all kinds of food ~
you can even eat fast food & oreos, as
long as the rest of your meals are
healthy. I got the book from the library
& copied the pages so it didn't cost
me very much.
If you work long hours, you can still
bring along snacks & take some quick
breaks in between. The meals are not huge
~ many fruit & yogurt, or cheese &
crackers ~ so they are easy to pack in a
bag & eat quickly.
I like the fact that this is not a
starvation diet & you can eat like a
real person.
