one thing that i would like to ecommend
for panic attacks and anxiety, which go
hand in hand at times. is to read
meditation books. nothing like yoga or
anything, but they are every day, readings
that help you to get through life one day
at a time, and reduce stress in life. i am
a recovering codependent, but my brother
isn't, and he's into the books more than i
am

maybe i'll look
into how i could start a forum of my own
and post some day to day stress relievers?
