I don't know what to say about my case as
I am a sales executive and have to travel
a lot I give importance to regular fitness
exercises and do every little bit to keep
myself healthy, however all of a sudden I
encountered over urination problems for
which the doctor recommended me
metolazone. But now I often feel tired
and seem to be very lethargic at times.
What is causing this?

You need to know the cause of the urinary
problems, obstructive, hypertension,
diabetes, infection, you need to know this
to know the treatment regime
this will make you go pee more, and it
will lower your blood pressure a bit, and
can cause potassium depletion, as well as
calcium magnesium and even sodium, so you
have to watch your electrolytes especially
given you're not being prescribed this for
hypertension
