Hey :)

i'm 39 weeks!! I've been dilated at 2cm and cervix thinned at 80-85% for the past 3 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how to get things moving again???

Not to Frieghten You!

A friend of mine who just recently went through labour (ing) 2 months ago!...

She too was dilated a small amount for a long while, but her cervix was thinning...

Anyway she went through 46 hours of labour and it all ended in a c-section... Cause the baby just wouldnt come down into the birth canal!!!...

Good luck to the impending birth!...

How Exciting!!!!!!

I heard walking, and rasberry leaf tea can help hurry things up-
my waters broke not long after having sex with my husband, maybe try that....... :wink:
