Anyone here get any of these symptoms a
lot?
1.) dizziness
2.)heart racing
3.) shortness of breathe
4.) sweating a lot at night
5.) feel like passing out
6.) headache all the time.
If anyone else gets some of these
symptoms, are the daily, or sometimes?
I have been getting a lot of these
symptoms a lot lately.

Ya I get those alot, especially the
sweating at night and feeling like im
gonna pass out. All the symtpoms you
described are classic anxiety symptoms

There not really bad, but I have been
getting them lately, but I think it's from
not getting enough sleep. But yeah there
not bad enough to make me sick, but there
mild headaches.

I hear u on that one. I havnt got a full
nights sleep in like 3 weeks. My anxietys
twice as bad during the day if I dont get
enough sleep

I know I havent gotta a full nights sleep
for about 2months now. I dunno, it's just
that my sleeping schedule is all screwed
up.

Yeah definatley almost every night.
Because my anxiety is porbably the worst
right before I go to sleep. Im afraid if
I go to msleep I wont wake up
