Ooops ....
I meant to write that I been working at the same job one year before the baby is going to be due.

Idea
i am not sure where you live but here in canada you only need 300 hours to qualify for maternity leave usually 6 months to a year is guarunteed, I would not worry about it just get the application forms from your unemployment center or u.S I guess it is social security? Not sure who pays over there!
