Implantation Bleeding???
Posted: 07-08-05 05:58am

Hiya girls

this is the first month me and my husband are trying for a baby, i'm due on sunday, a couple of days ago, when I went to the toilet I noticed pink mucus (sorry for details) when I wiped, it was more mucus then I normally have, and it was just tinged pink, then later in the day and the day after I had nothing, just mucus. Today I had the pinky mucus again, and its already stopped again, can anyone tell me if this could be implantation bleeding, i've never spotted before, and for the last week my boobs have been really sore (well my nipples more then anything), my back too is sore, am feeling bloated and can't eat a normal serving, seem to get full really.
Well, what do u think?
P.S. Have noticed some veins on my boobs, that I haven't noticed before, and they seem fuller, which i'm quite liking coz my boobs are quite small :d
hope you girls reply, appreciate some opinions+

Heya,
the first month my husband and I were trying I was convinced I was pregnant straight away. I had a little of what you are describing, and I was really tired too. My breasts were sore, but I think that might have been because I was squeezing 'em all the time to check if they were sore !!!!!

I actually got pregnant the 2nd month of trying, and that time I noticed the impantation bleeding for sure- it was proper little pink spots on my underwear- I guess that's why it's called "spotting" although, in your case, I think it sounds like you might be pregnant. Veins becoming noticable on your breasts is a good sign. I had little boobs too, and now they are enormous !!!!!! (i'm 23 weeks)

take a test as soon as you're late, and let us know !!!!! Good luck.

Thanx for the reply!!!,

i have a feeling i'm pregnant, but I can't help thinking that maybe its just because I really want a baby that i'm making myself see/feel these symtoms, so half of me is confident and the other is telling myself to get real, and stop exagerating ' as if i'm lucky enough to get preggers on our first month of trying' etc etc :d
about the spotting thing, i'm not 'spotting', but in the morning I do find pink mucus when I wipe, that only lasts for a bit, I have nothing in the afternoon, thought this morning it was a bit more pinky/orange :? ,
who knows hehe, god i'm jealous of u and all the other girls who have already conceived hehe, at least theres no more waiting till the end of the month to see if the husband/bf little guys have worked hard enough :p
but I guess you have all been through what for me is only the first month of trying.

Anyway i'm due on tomorrow, so lets see what happens, dunno if i'm going to be able to keep myself from testing tomorrow morning though :? , if its negative i'll just wait and see if the dreaded af comes.
Whatever happens will keep u in touch, wish me luck!

Congrats - & Questions

Congratulations on getting pregnant! I found the site today and your posts have given me some renewed hope. My hubby and I have been trying for exactly one year... I am starting to freak out a little that something may be wrong with one of us. However, I am due for my period any day now, and for the first time, I feel like I am getting my period (slightly crampy, bloated, and my chest is enormous!)... But nothing's happened yet. Usually I get it right away. Also, I have noticed veins in my breats for the first time (surrounding the nipple area). So is there a chance that there's hope after all?? I refuse to test until day 40 comes and goes... Each month, I seem to get later and later and I can't take the disappointment anymore. Its almost better not to know. But I would love to hear any and all stories/advice that you might have! Congrats again and wish me luck!
