It's now been 12 hours and the pain is still their, I visited the doctor and he said it might be my uteris stretching or the start of a miscarridge, can someone please give me some input, thanks

I am about 12 weeks I have the same cramping my doc says that it is just my uteris expanding I still wnoder I didnt have any thing like this with my other children well I was much younger :)
