Hello my name is bria and I have a
question I am 19 years old and at the age
of 18 I moved from georgia to new york to
start a new life , be independent and
complete some goals. Well while I was up
here I did get into legal tourble and as a
a result my mother is trying to force me
to go home.I wanted to know is that legal
can she do that? I love being in new
york yes people make mistakes ( bad
choices) however as a result I do not
think that I should go home. In addition
she has called my boyfriends mother
telling her not to let me in her house or
she will call the cops and she has told
other people not to let me in there house.
I really do not think that is right.Can
you please help me .I just want to presue
my goals and live my life without her
control and I thought turning 18 would
help me.I also do not think what she is
doing to my boyfriend mother is right
because his mother is willing to help me
and my boyfriend through this.Thank you

Yes I am preg - 4 1/2 weeks. I have tried
to talk to her several times and it just
does not seem to work. I just do not know
what else to do. My bf thinks that I
should not keep it because if he can not
be around during the whole preg, than I
should not keep it. Oh and another thing
I am not showing is that a little normal.
Well thanks for your responses. I will

um. No you don't show for a while. And
my husband wont be here for any of it.
He's in iraq. He'll come home when the
baby's three months old. Thats no
reason to abort a baby

Wow... That's horrible and no she can't
make you come home.
Also if there is more than one person's
name on the deed to the house if *any* of
them give u permission to be there, u cant
be kicked out (at least not here)
at 4.5 weeks I havent seen anyone show lol
and it is *your* decision, *not his* so
just keep that in mind sweetie!
Does your family or his know your pregnant
yet?

Yes his family knows and not mines. This
situation is part of the reason why my
family does not know.
