It does sound like classic anxiety to me.
What happens is you get one thing - a head
ache that gets you run down and you feel
tired, so then you think why have a got a
headache and feel tired, then your mind
starts to make your shoulders sore for
being so tense with worry/stress and then
this makes your back sore and so on and so
on!!! By the end of it you are all
stressed out and your body is all tense
etc etc
the best thing to do is to make sure that
you don't read more into your syptoms!
So when you have a headache - it is just a
headache.
When you start to feel a little
panicy/shakey etc - say to yourself, it is
anxiety it hasn't hurt me before and it
never can. Then will it to do its worst
- get through it and you will be so much
stronger for the next one! Keep doing it
and then they just won't come anymore,
cause you have changed you subconcious
mind back to how it was before the anxiety
was there!
It is wokring for me, but it is continual
learning! Keep at it and you can become
anxiety free
