Q: Swollen Feet And Ankles

Can some one tell me why I continue to get swollen ankles and feet im 45 5'9 218 lbs in good health dont excerise but im a very on the go person I dont smoke and not a heavy salt user.Sometimes take two or three days of no shoes and putting my feet up to see my ankles again...Thanks

Lil blaze, by the sounds of it she is if she has to put her feet up just to see her ankles!!!! :p
