Any feel like theyre just gonna lose their
mind. I just almost had a panic attack
because I took my pill and imagined the
pill going in my mouth? Lol I dunno. I
worry about losing my mind and losing
whatver saneness I have left

Stress and anxiety dosesnt send people mad
although it can feel you are going mad at
the time :)
panic attacks are unpleasant but not
serious

I feel that way at times also.
Sometimes, I feel like I am approaching a
dark abyss and if I jump into it, I will
go insane. When I go into panic,
everything in my life is morphed or
skewed. Beautiful things can become
ugly. The mind is so strong isn't it?
I wish there was a way to turn off that
part of the brain.
