Bigman16, try using a wrist splint. By
doctor suggested I get one and wear it in
the evening while watching tv and also to
sleep with it on. I bought one from a
pharmacy, the pharmacist help me find a
good fitting one. Wore it in the
evenings and to bed and after a couple
weeks by stopped tingling and going to
"sleep". I continued to wear it for
months because I was afraid that my pain
would return if I didn't. After about 6
months, I stopped wearing it and now my
arms still don't tingle half as much. My
doctor things I may have some kind of mild
nerve damage that is even too mild for any
tests to pick out. Anyway, they only
start tingling if I am leaning on them or
doing repetitive motions. Try one, it
may work wonders.....

Muscle Aches For Five Years Now Twitching Posted: 11-29-05 21:39pm
At the age of 21 I felt my first symptom,
it felt like body aches all over or muscle
cramps. I have always had anxiety and
panic disorder, I never went to my doctor
in the whole five years that I had the
pain because it came and went and was
tollerable, the pain was there more then
it was not however. In the last two
months I have been having muscle twitches
all over my body my kidney area and
stomach and everywhere. I have had
testing for lyme tick and had a mri done
as well as a emg, all came back normal.
Still waiting on my lupus test and some
others but was wondering if anyone else
has had this happen. I am in fear right
now that I have something wrong like ms or
als and I can get my mind off of this. I
am a mess worrying it is effecting my
family. I am only 26 I have a lot more
living to do and would like to do it pain
and stress free, if anyone out there can
help me please write back.

Anxiety Removal Through Breathing Exercise Posted: 11-30-05 21:15pm
Dear all,
i find the lively interaction on stress
removal and anxiety very interesting and
lively.Could you please try this simple
exercise and give me the feedback.
Sit in a comfortable position wtih a
straight back.
Take a long breath in .Hold and count
upto 6.
Exhale slowly counting upto 15
hold breath by counting up to 4
inhale a long breath counting upto 8
the counting numbers is just to let you
know which part to do faster and how
longer than the other.
Do atleast 20 cycles every day before
going to bed.
In a fortnight if you find yourself
cotinue with this for atleast a few
months.
If you are able to do it and feel relief
then you can progress to the nest exercise
level which will require more practice.
Warm regards and stress free living
herbsandcures.

Ive been having a weird sort of pain also
under ribcage and down my right side. Its
weird... Like a painful twinge..... Its
only really started since ive been taking
the bc pill... And I thought it was to do
with that... But the other night.. I
felt what I thought was a lump in my
side..... I got freaked out suddenly and
when I tried to go to sleep I stopped
breathing. And the pain seemed to get
worse. It felt like a major panic
attack... I was like I had to force
myself to breath. I have been getting
very paranoid about being/getting pregnant
lately so do u think maybe my body
stressing out? Xxx

Natural Alternatives For Anxiety Posted: 08-03-06 20:35pm
I am also an anxiety & depression
sufferer who has been to many types of
healers, western and otherwise, to find a
solution. The symptoms i'm reading here
are so like my own used to be - pins &
needles, short of breath, sleepless...
The list is long.
Here is a url to some good articles on
anxiety and panic attacks and what you can
do to get control back:
hope this information proves as helpful to
you as it's been to me. I am feeling much
more myself and my symptoms have lessened
dramatically and in some cases disappeared
altogether.
