Arthritis - Neck Pain Posted: 07-12-05 11:04am
I've been told that I have moderate
arthritis in my neck. I have persistent
dull pain on the right side of the back of
my neck - pin pricks of pain in the back
of my head, jaw pain, ear pain. Recently
underwent a course of physical therapy
which helped my range of motion, but not
the pain! Anyone else with similar
symptoms? Any solutions?

after suffering earache for 13 weeks and
vertigo for 3 weeks I saw an ent
specialist who suggested it was caused by
arthritis of the neck. Have had shooting
pains into head and ear for a number of
years. I had a bad fall in july and
think this may have triggered the increase
in pain.
No advice was given for treatment. Have
you had any treatment since your
diagnosis?

One thing you can look into that could
help is bodytalk. It’s an alternative
health care system that is getting great
results with arthritis and other health
care problems. They have an online radio
show http://www.Bodytal
ksystem.Com/radio/index.Cfm on
wednesday the 14th on june and it’s
specifically orientated to arthritis.
It’s free so it might be worth a listen
cheers
