Minimum Age For Rhinoplasty Or Nose Job? Posted: 07-12-05 11:47am


Is there a minimum age that one has to consider before having cosmetic nose surgery. Does a 13/14 year old need to wait for the shape to complete or can it be done at that age? Thanks

I'm pretty sure that it can be done with parent's consult but, they say the nose doesn't fully grow until your about 21. I'm not sure of the exact age but, i'm pretty sure its about 21. So, its not recommended but, you can get it done.

I got rhinoplasty when I was 17, and it has changed a little since I got it done. Now i'm 19 so I guess I still have a few years to see if it changes more.

Min. Age for a girl is around 15. Min. Age for a guy is around 17.
