Hi i'm new here!

I'm hoping to get some good info from everyone. I am now officially 2 weeks late for my period. I had the weirdest period last month, 3 days of a lil bit of spotting each morning and that was it.... Well that was in may. My periods are usually the last of the month. I'm going nuts until I can get into my doctors on the 19th for a blood test to find out if i'm pregnant or not.

I've had some weird cramping here n there, i'm always tired, some back aches, a weird discharge, my appetite has definetly grown some. I don't know what to think. There's a chance I am pregnant. I took 2 home tests the end of may which were negative, but it may have been too soon to tell. So now in a week I go to my doctors and find out for sure.

Question... Has anyone went to planned parenthood for a pregnancy test or a blood pregnancy test at that? I'm curious how much they may charge for one there or if they are free. They're open late tomorrow, so I could swing in after work for a test, but i'm not sure how it works there.

Thanks~

Hey there,
have some of the same symptoms as you, but I have been barely spotting for the last few months. Id go see a doctor if I had insurance, but I am between jobs at the moment, any ways, your question... Planned parenthood does free urine tests, and sometimes they do free ultrasounds, to those who need it. Its best to ask em about the ultrasound, but the urnine pg test is totally free, just go in, sighn your name, and take the test. Hope this helps!_liz

What? R u sure? I have known many people to go and get the test for free...You dont have to even supply any info but your name. Did they give you a blood test or something? The urine test is supposed to be free, if it wasnt, you got jipped, and you should report those people.

It was a urin test, I just said I needed a test to see if I was really pregnant. They said it was $56 lol... I am over 18 though, the planned parenthood atleast here stops giving things for free after someone turns 18.
