Q: Quick Question Regarding Ovulation

Hi everyone. I really enjoy reading everyone's posts and the opinions of other members. Everyone seems very supportive and helpful. Here is my question: i'm 23 and my husband and I are trying to conceive. My periods are slightly irregular. (usually 28-35 days). I took an ovulation test on mon. July 4th and it showed I was due to ovulate so we had intercourse that night. He was away for business the rest of that week. I took another test on the 5th, just to see, and it showed I was due to ovulate still. (the test strips say "you are due to ovulate in 24-48 hours). When would be the best time to take a hpt? I have the ones that you can use 4-5 days before you miss a period. How acurate are these? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much! ***hoping i'm pregnant***
