Okay me and my boyfriend just had sex like an hour ago...And now im cramping what does that mean!!!?????!???!??

Because you're cramping, it doesn't mean anything is wrong or even that it was too rough.

I get cramping all the time after having sex,
your uterus actually contracts after sex.

But theres nothing wrong with it, only if you start bleeding that you have to stop
