I slept in a strange bed a couple of
nights ago and since returning home I have
these small lice-like creatures only on my
chast and arms after sleeping. I have no
itching. There must be 20 on me whan I
wake.

Sounds like bedbugs to me. I think you
should get hold of either a pharmacist or
go and see a doctor. Search the internet
for "bed bugs" and perhaps you can read
more about treating this? Good luck.
