For all of us who have aniexty, how are your sleeping patterns. Lately I have had a hard time falling asleep even when I am very tired and exhausted. If I wake up in the middle of night, I toss and turn and can't fall back asleep. But yet when morning arrives I seem like I can't wake up no matter how hard I try. Must be something about the night and darkness. What about you?

Ya same with me lately. Ive been going to bed but I find myself lying there for at least an hour before I actually sleep. Last night was strange cause I woke up at about 5am totally covered in sweat and it wasnt even really warm in my room. Fell asleep again woke up at 10 but lay in bed till about 11. Pain in the butt
