Does anyone know if it's healthy to drink
chocolate milk if you're on a diet? Like
i'll drink that for breakfeast instead of
eating something...Is that ok?

Food is what will give your body fuel and
it is what will increase your metabolism.
Chocolate milk isn't bad to have though in
moderation. And calcium can really help
you lose weight. But girl ive read your
other posts and if your an athlete you
need to be eating a lot more then 1,000
calories a day. Plus guys love a girl
with a little meat on them. Plus if you
are playing basketball ( I played for 11
years year round) a butt is an awesome
thing! You can knock some girls around
with it and use it to box out.
