I am 23 years old and have recently lost
about 30 lbs since last fall semester. I
graduated college and have accelled in all
athletic ventures. I am playing better
ball than ever my speed is now phenominal
in comparison and I am running daily.
Last night I ran a 15 mile trail with
relative ease. The thing is when I
graduated hs I weighed 250 lbs at 6 ft
tall. I currently weigh 176lbs and have
grown an additional inch. Why can I do I
still have a small pouch of fat on my
stomach. I eat a nearly perfect diet,
with 5 small meals that are very well
balanced. My blood pressure is awesome
according to my doc, and I had a pulse of
48 last time I had a physical. What kind
of exercises do I need to do or cardio
training in order to get an optimal
physical appearence.

I do the abs of steel video every other
day....After about 5 or 6 weeks, you'll
see results.

Really had good results, sounds like a
worth while venture. Have never heard
any feedback for this tape.
