I know of someone who came off birth control and conceived the first month. I've also heard that it can take a while to conceive too when coming off birth control after you have used it for a while. I suppose everyone is different. Good luck!

I was on a birth control pill from august-october of 2004 called allesse. (i only got on it to rotate my periods so I wouldn't get my period on my honeymoon- october 30th of last year......But it didn't work because I still got it. .....Anyways I was told to wait before trying to get pregnant so that the pills were out of my system. I conceived on may 10th so that was like what 6 and 1/2 - 7 months after finishing those pills?!?! But talk to you Dr.-gyno and see what they tell you.
