Hi I just came in today from a b-b-q.. Where I was sitting in the sun most of the afternoon...

I went to the washroom, when I wiped (sorry for description) there is milky white discharge with pink mixed in!...

Does this mean I am miscarrying? Or is this normal???

Any body... Thanks!

Hi...I had the same incident before but only I was 5 weeks when I had it. I went to the doctor immediately and told me it was normal. It's called implantation bleeding where your fertilized egg and sperm starts to settle on one of the uterine walls. I kept having occasional spotting once a week since then till I think around 7 weeks. If I were you i'd call my obgyn and have it checked right away. Most likely it's alright but to put you're mind at ease, have it checked. I'm now 21 weeks and going strong. I'm sure you're okay. Hope this helps.

Well I am not cramping at all, and I already had "implantation bleeding" when I got/missed my first period.. (i am usually very heavy bleeder, but the first one at the 5-6 week mark was light and lasted only 1 day...

Now this.. Ususally is the time I would be getting my period again... So I am thinking that I might just be one of those people who bleed even when pregnant...

I will be calling my obgyn in the morning..

Thanks!

I had exactly the same thing except mine was about 3 days after my period was due, and id already found out I was pregnant!

I havent seen my ante natal clinic yet because they didnt make my appointment til this week when i'll be 16 weeks but I can tell you now I didnt have a miscarriage!

Theres defionately something in there making it difficult for me to roll over at night!! :p

maybe you should go and talk to your doctor about it!

I would say that you should go and get it checked just to be on the safe side, it is normal to have that kind of a discharge so unless you get any stomach or lower back pain, that I would not worry about it at all, I had the same problem, unfortunatly it didnt work out the happy way for me, but it sounds to me like you are doing just fine, if there is no pain then there is prob not problem, congrats on you upcomming child, I hope to be there again soon
:d
