Sounds like scabies to me. I got them from a friend. You have to go to the docotr and get a special cream. Usualy one treatment and it goes away but we had it so bad, we had to treat ourselfs 5 times. Omg that was the worst thing I eve had. And it itches all over. Yikes I am itching just thinking about. Hope this might help. Make sure you wash all your clothjes and sheets ext. Make sure you take the little one into the doctors cause the cream that they gave us was not to be used on smaller children.

What animals do you have in the house and do you have rugs and where in rooms?? Doctor would best determine the bite source. Stop calling terminex- all those chemicals are going to cause asthma, allergies, rashes and nervous system issues with your poor son! If you do have them look to natural methods of removal of any insect where you live and sleep. All pesticide spray even if they "claim" is safe is not especially in regards to childrens developing immune systems. Adults tolerate and store chemicals kids it effects their growth and development. I know I was a child of that and have severe metabolism and immune system dysfunction today- since I was 8 and exposed to this.

If you do have animals makes sure they are treated properly. The fleas or other animals if you do have pets the bug still live outside in your lawn where the animals play if so it will be brought back in if it is that case.

Cat Scratch Fever

I also forgot if you have a cat/kitten it could be this bacteria called bartonella..Kinda linked with cat scratch fever. Its usually benign and can go away in time but that is only if you had any scratch from your cat-it causes tiny little bumps around an area of the scratch.
