Yet Another Lumps/bumps

Ok, first of all 16 years old. Second this isnt like all those other lump/bump post so pease listen. Ive got numps under the head of my penis, and now I know thats ppp and this is totally normal. The bumps on the lower shaft witht he hairs that dont concern me I know eveyrone has em. What does is these little tiny bumps in the hundreds all over my penis, on the foreskin and even on the inside part of the foreskin. They are skin coloured, no irritation, or anything like that, I know its not std, they are all about 0.5 mm in sizesome ranging to 1mm. Ive had these for years now I didnt notice them since a couple years back, they seem to be spreading, it used to be little tiney ones, nows its all over my penis. And what really scared me is now I have these lumps on the head of my penis first it was a little one, then it started spreading more and more came its consumed over 1/2 of my penis head. They are the same colour as the head. I know its not bad or anything or an std, but they spreading and it loooks ugly. So plz can someone help me, tell me either, if they some sort of fungus, or bacteria. Ive tried to put on polysporin, and lamisil. But I didnt use it for, long, for the time I used them both. I didnt see any change. Thank alot.
