Hi all, don't know if anyone can help me I
have been working out for about 1month my
routine is I workout 40 mins a day except
on the weekends,i do treadmill, air
strider,bike,situps,and a few other things
don't know what they r called , what I
like to know is am I going to lose weight
or just gain muscle? Plus I watch what I
eat any info will help
