I have a cousin who is 22 years old who I
think is lying about having cancer. I
know this may sound like an unbelievable
statement and trust me just the fact that
i'm writing this is unnerving. It all
started a month ago when I was informed
that she found out she had ovarian cancer
and that she was going through chemo for
two weeks before she told anyone, even her
parents. She said she was protecting
them. It was stage 1 they did no
surgery or anything just started chemo-
the whole family obviously upset was
optimistic then a week later we were all
told by her that they did another scan and
found it had spread to her uterus, then
her colon then her stomach then her liver
all in a matter of two weeks, from a month
of her finding out she had went from stage
1 to terminal, and she said the doctors
said we would be lucky to have her through
the summer. They then stopped chemo.
She never let anyone go to the doctors
with her-noone, she drove to her chemo
treatments, last week she said that she
went back to the doctor they did another
scan(which would have been the fifth one
in a month) and that the cancer in the
uterus and ovaries was gone but there was
50% still in her liver and just today she
said that her lungs were full of fluid so
she went to the doctor today and they
drained them and she was home within an
hour. I guess I was hoping someone who
had experience could help me , is this
possible???? She says she is protecting
her parents that is why she doesn't want
them to go with her.

I know this is a little late but I am
calling bull sh**! My mother went
through it and it is one of the most
aggressive cancers out there. If she
had/has it it could have spread that
quick. My mother's spread fast. Unless
she has a wondeful guardian angel over her
shoulder, which she might, then she might
be full of it.
