I am 15 years old and only 5'4" tall. Is
there any way possible in which I can make
it to my desired height of 6'2" before I
am 19? I seriously hate being short!
Damn...

do I care? No,
so please be quiet. You could
beat me in a fight just because i'm 5'4"?
what? Alright, to be
honest, not once during that
american/canadian argument have I thought
about whether I could beat some of these
people up or not. Americans...
Jeeze, like to see you beat me in
something of good point such as a game of
basketball or halo 2 (xbox video game, in
case you didn't know). Yeah,
you're probably laughing right now and
planning on saying something back to me,
eh? Haha. Do it for all
I care, because frankly, I could care less
about your obvious interest in violence.
Let me express a well thought example: in
reality, it's called homicide. In the
world of movies/video games , it's called
entertainment.
Ps: halo 2 is a 'video game'. If
you were going to mention that this game
is violent to a certain point or anything
like that, grow up. Please, don't
make it seem like you're a complete fool
and acknowledge how you think
reality-based violence is the same, if
not, almost the same thing as video game
or fictional-based violence.

You come here for help and you want to
start some fight about a video game?
Come on...
Bigman16 is right, look at other family
members. That will give you an idea of
your own expected height. Also I believe
you can go to the doctor and they will
x-ray your hand or something. If there
are gaps between the bones you still have
some growing to do.
I have heard about a surgery where they
break your legs. As they are healing
back together they pull them apart a
little bit more at a time. The new bone
now grows in the crack to heal the broken
leg. The results, you become taller.
Might want to research that. But I bet
it would be expensive and I doubt it would
get you the almost foot you are looking
for.

ok, i'm now seriously
edit you all think i'm doing
things which i'm not! You assume
this, you assume that, you people assume
everything! Maybe it's not just
americans who are stupid, maybe it's me
who is the only intelligent/commonsence
person here, or for that matter, in the
world! God dammit! I
don't have the time for people who can't
even edit read! I'm not exactly
what you would call your average teenager.
No, in a certain sense i'm just too
smart to be labeled as average.

ı think the discussion is going out of
question.
For your question, I can only say that
playing basketball may help. Maybe not as
much as u wished. 1 is better than 0

Oh break it up you lot. This is a men's
health forum, not a kid's playground.
Fa18hornet: you may still have a growth
spurt left to go yet! You might grow a
few inches within a few months, or it
might take years! Either way, you
shouldn't be disappointed with your
height. Especially since what you are
isn't a particularly bad height to be
anyway.

tie some milk crates to the bottoms of
your shoes, that should give you an extra
8-12 inches.

The only thing that would really help you
gain height (other then coming from a tall
family) would be eating right, and
stretching (although that probably wont do
much) other then that theres nothing you
can do, and if you do stay that height
then just accept it, i'm 18 and i'm only
5'6 and im fine with it, in fact I rather
prefer being short for my own reasons, but
anyways I wish the best of luck to you
with this
