I just had a new sypmtom I think. My
tounge feels like it is numb and scared me
so bad I thought I was having an allergic
reaction or something but its been this
way for 4 hours so I guess not. Took a
xanax but the feeling is still there
please tell me someone else has this
symptom

Yup, thats totally normal, I get that all
the time, especially after a panik attack,
when ur tongue feels numb or sometimes it
feels like ur gonna swallow your tongue,
or it feels like theres a big lump and u
cant swallow anything. Its a sympton of
anxiety. Just relax

I had that just the other day. It felt
lke when burn you tongue on something hot.
But it went away. Its probley nothing.
