I always get really bad back pain when im
under only a little bit of stress, my mom
said that there is almost always a link
between back pain and stress, and that
there is actually a chart that shows your
chakra and tells what kind of stress you
are under by where your back hurts. Have
any of you heard this? If so, do you know
where I can find the chart. I get
horrible back pain beside my left shoulder
blade and the bottom of my back.
Can anybody help me out?

Yes it could easily be due to stress.
When you are stressed out you gets aches
and pains in your body as well as some
other symptoms. Try to drink alot of
water and keep every moist and pure. If
you work out or lift weights then try to
go down to low reps. Just take it easy
and maybe go get a massage. The best
thing for a bad back is getting alot of
rest and massages frecently as well as
drinking water good luck to you.
