I'm a 17 yr. Old female; i've always had
nice complexion and used to hardly ever
get a pimple, but in this past year i've
started to get small blemishes mostly in
my "t-zone" area. Some of them turn into
pimples, usually on my chin. i'm just
curious to know what's all of a sudden
causing this. I maintain good hygiene
and my life style hasn't changed or
anything (if that counts as any kind of
factor). I'm just afraid that it'll get
worse. Any advice is welcome. Also,
does anyone know if rubbing an ice cube on
your skin really helps tighten the pores?
Thanks.

There could be many reasons as to why you
got these. First of all it could be the
weather. Maybe it has changed. Is it
very humid where you are?? Because if it
is then your skin gets very oily and
causes breakouts. Also maybe you have
changed your diet in some way that you
dont realize you are doing. Perhaps you
are eating more junk food lately or
something. Also im a guy so im not for
sure in this are lol but alot of girls get
breakouts around that time of the month.
It could just be a flare up from that
could it not? There are many reasons as
to why you are getting these flare ups.
If the pimples are bothering you, try
benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment. It
works very well and should clear you up
within 2 weeks max.
