Feels Like Vapor Rub?

Does anyone ever get a sensation in their chest where it feels kind of like vapor rub? Where it's kind of numb, kind of cold, kind of tingly all at once..?

And does this happen only during an attack, or at rest, too? (same with chest pains?)
