Deficiency - Whiteheads On My Arms And Legs Posted: 07-24-05 04:57am


Hi everyone, can someone help me to understand what deficiency I have. I seem to be having small breakouts of whiteheads on the front of my thighs and lower arms. I first thought it was circulation but I get a lot of exercise and it's been reccuring for a few years now. I'm certain it's some sort of mineral or vitamin deficiency but I can't figure out which one. Can you help? Kind regards, emma :)
