When im on the pc I get jerks/jolts in my
hand when im clicking the mouse....This
aint normal is it???

Try useing the other hand for awhile
instead see if it helps.

All I do is go on pc and lay on sofa its
making me worse. :-(

You "have" to keep yourself occupied. The
only way I feel betetr is when im
occupied. Every night I have my friend
across the street come over and watch a
movie with me untill I fall asleep. It
helps alot. Another thing try not to be
alone alot
