Well, i'm no pro. At this..But it really depends on when you normally have your period, like most woman..For the most part get theirs between the 28-34 days after theyr 'frist' period. I would try and take the test again, and see what happens. But also, go to the doctor, see what he says. I don't believe that you would be having the cramps aboce your belly button, I think it would be more like the same cramps you get when you have your period....(if you don't have them your lucky)
