Ok, i'm 17 years old and 4months. My bf is 22.....Now if I were to get pregnant...Lets say this month, would he really have to go to jail? My mom knows and she is fine with it... Would it be my parents dicision to send him to jail...Or some one else...?
I'm always very scared, and we do use protection... Not at the same time tho...

I think it really depends on the state that you live in...In my state, it is illegal if one party is under 18 and one is 18 or over, but not if both are under 18. You would have to check on the laws for your state.

My sis was 13 when she was raped twice by the same guy, who was in his thirties. It is illegal here for anyone under 18. During the trial time they found out he raped his wife (who's not really able to think for herself mentally) she had his kid, and that's why they are married, and another girl just had his baby in our town because he raped her too. But the guy only got 3 months jail time. So yea I think it depends on where you live and the circumstances. In this case the circumstances were pretty bad and the consequences were barely anything. If your parents don't push any kind of legal action, you should be okay. It doesnt seem that you are in too much of a bad situation. If you parents are going to press charges, maybe talk to them about your thoughts and feelings.

Sorry for my terrible example but that's the only way I knew to explain that sometimes it doesn't always turn out to be a long sentence.
